Farley Taylor Lansing

*Note from meeting: Farley is repeating the cycle by traveling with her kids.

Farley learned the travel trade “at the knee” of her mother, Anne, and grandmother, Valerie Kent, a pioneer of safari travel and one of the first women guides in East Africa. Her spirit of adventure lives on.

Farley was born and raised in Montana where her love of epic landscapes, wildlife and the outdoors was cultivated. She attended boarding school at The Lawrenceville School and had a distinguished tennis career at the University of Texas-Austin, where her team won the NCAA Division I National Championship; she was a three-time All American and ranked #1 in the country in doubles.

She joined A.K. Taylor International in 2001 and has been an integral part of the company from then on. From traveling the world on behalf of her clients to anticipating each detail of an itinerary, Farley’s logistical expertise allows her travelers to immerse themselves in what really matters—TKTKTK. She specializes in honeymoons, active adventure travel, multi-generational family trips, African safaris, and around-the-world trips.

Farley met her future husband while guiding his extended family on safari. (Her trips really are that magical.) They were married on June 10, 2006 at the HF Bar Ranch in Wyoming. To celebrate, she organized a tented safari for over 55 friends and family culminating in a Masai Wedding Ceremony in the Masai Mara. Farley and Stuart Lansing make their home in Chicago and return to the Mara frequently with their two young children.

Farley can be reached at the Chicago office at farley@aktaylor.com or (312) 440-9830.
